Our National Pan-Hellenic Conference chapters (NPHC) will hold their intake processes at various points of the academic year.įraternity & Sorority Recruitment Information Both IFC & PHA participate in Continuous Open Bidding (COB) which takes place outside of formal recruitment. Our Interfraternity Council (IFC) and Panhellenic Association (PHA) typically hold a formal recruitment period in the fall and an informal recruitment period in the spring. Recruitment/Intake activities will vary based upon council and the time of year. Joining a Fraternity or Sorority at Capital is an opportunity available to all students.
